Keywords And Why They Matter...

If you are not here to literally Dominate Google, Yahoo, MSN, YouTube, Ezines, PPC, or any other traffic source that requires the correct knowledge of keyword manipulation, I would strongly suggest you read another article. The fact of the matter is that I am about to give, people who are interested, the absolute key to SEO and understanding keywords.

What is search engine optimization or SEO

SEO, to me, is the ability to dominate the biggest search engines in the world allowing you to be seen by the exact people you want to be seen by at any given time of day. To "Wikipidia" SEO or Search Engine Optimization is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines, naturally.

Either way, SEO is probably going to be the Most important skill you learn in this industry besides taking risks and working hard.

The key to going from 0$ a month to 15,20, or even 30$ per month lies solely on your ability to understand key words.

The benefits of understanding SEO & keywords are:

1. Targeted Traffic that is looking to buy what ever it is you have to offer

2. Getting to the top of the most Heavily trafficked Searches

3. Becoming a Celebrity on Social Media

4. Developing the lifestyle you have always dreamed of.

The problems people will have when it comes to SEO are actually putting the correct keywords combinations together to have the most profitable package. Most people think that SEO is created by having related key words. Related keywords would be something like "Weight Loss & Dieting."

With this example you can argue that they mean the same thing, but to the Google Search bots they are different and if you use both of these key words in your tags your information will get lost in the Google Matrix.

What to Worm your Way to the top of page 1 on the Goggle Search Engines?

Here's the key, If you want to focus on weight loss, only use the words or phrase that include the word weight loss. If you want to talk about Dieting, only talk about dieting.

Why is this?

Your search results are processed by computers. They don't look at the information & say, "hmm this is what this website is most related to what this person needs, so let me go head and send them over to this page." Your search engines says, "Ok. (Your Name) is looking for Weight loss, let me find Any and Everything that has the words "weight loss" in it and I am going to let her chose.

Now when you think of it that way, it becomes a little different. So my biggest tip that I can give you in this little space when it comes to SEO is to chose exact keyword match phrases.

Interesting fact, before I go, even words like SEO mean Search Engine Optimization, but did you know that Google counts them as two separate words? Meaning that When I type SEO in to the search engines I will get one set of results, but when I type in Search Engine Optimization in to the same search engine, I will get a totally different set of results.
